Business name generator
Brand name ideas for your industry and region — each scored against Chaldean numerology, so a target number is checked rather than assumed.
Naming a business is mostly a search problem: you need enough candidates that the good one exists in the list, and enough constraints that the list is not noise. This generator produces candidates from what you describe — the industry, the region, the tone, the words that must appear — and then does the part most name generators skip.
It scores every suggestion. If you set a numerology target, each name is calculated in the Chaldean system and marked when it hits — because a generator that accepts a target and never checks it is decoration. If you do not set one, the number and its business reading are shown anyway, so you can see what each candidate lands on.
Treat the output as a shortlist to work from rather than a decision. The generator knows nothing about whether a name is registrable, trademarked, already in use in your city, or unfortunate in a language your customers speak — and all four of those outrank the number.
Describe the business and the generator will propose brand names, each scored against Chaldean numerology.
How the calculation works
- 1
Describe the business
Industry, region and tone do most of the work. The more specific the industry, the less generic the names.
- 2
Set a target number, or do not
5 for trade, 6 for consumer and hospitality, 3 for anything that grows by being talked about, 8 for capital-heavy business at scale. Leaving it blank simply shows what each name lands on.
- 3
Check the score, then check the registry
Suggestions that reach your target are marked. Availability — MCA, trademark, domain — is a separate search, and it is the one that actually decides.
What a scored suggestion looks like
Target: 5 (Mercury — trade, distribution, negotiation)
Suggestion: "Sethu Trade"
Chaldean: S3 E5 T4 H5 U6 T4 R2 A1 D4 E5 = 39 → 3 + 9 = 12 → 3
Result: 3, not 5 — a good name, a different number.
The point is that you can see the mismatch instead of assuming the generator honoured the target.
Questions people ask
Which numerology system does the scoring use?
Chaldean, which is the convention for business names. The full business checker on this site shows both Chaldean and Pythagorean side by side, since they frequently disagree.
Does the generator guarantee names that hit my target?
No, and it says so. It generates candidates and then scores them honestly — some will hit the target and some will not. Marking the mismatches is more useful than silently filtering them out, because a strong name on the wrong number is often still the right choice.
Are these names available to register?
Unknown, and the generator makes no claim either way. Check the MCA name-availability service, the trademark registry and domain availability before you commit to anything.
Why did it fail to generate?
The generator calls a language model on our server, so it can be unavailable. The business name checker needs no server and keeps working — use it on names you have already thought of.

Numerology is an interpretive tradition, not a science. The arithmetic on this page is exact and shown in full so you can check it; the meanings are what the Vedic and Chaldean traditions hold. Treat them as a way of thinking about yourself, not as a prediction, and never as a substitute for medical, financial or legal advice.
